Please give me some free, not crappy website builders!

As the topic says. I am extremely familiar with HTML. I use the latest design tools to aid in web development (Photoshop CS2, Dreamweaver 8, Flash 8, etc.) as well as I am strong in Flash animation/actionscript, extremely familiar with Dreamweaver and very familiar with Photoshop CS2. I will be in charge of designing the website as well as managing it for my cousin instead of designing the website and letting her do all the content changes and such. How much should I charge for working on the website and maintaining it?

Just to let you guys know, I did offer to do the site and manage it for free, and I keep pushing for it, but my cousin insists on telling me to treat her like a client and make an offer, regardless of family or not.

Want to use part of my advertising budget to improve traffic and ranking of my website to grow my business, but there are a lot of makeshift companies out there and no standardization. I don’t want to waste my money!! Looking for recommendations….

I already have profiles on recruiting websites but i feel my own website would increase my visibility among college coaches.

I am starting a website for glamour photographers. Serious amateurs. If you do glamour photography as a hobby, you have to be serious, because it is an expensive hobby. I would like your suggestions as to how the site might be developed. And any constructive criticism would be welcome.

I’m building a website using Tripod, and I think its pretty good and popular (>115 in 1.5 months), but I’m using the free version and already maxed out the 20MB of storage space. I could use Google Sites, Webstarts.com, or Webs.com, but does anybody know a free website builder that offers downloads and hopefully at least 1GB storage space?? If not, what free website builder do you know that offers tons of storage space (hopefully <40MB)?

I am looking for a web page builder to make an online catalog style searchable listing of photos with text next to each photo. (I am not selling anything, so I wouldn’t need a cart or anything) If possible, I would like to be able to browse my hard drive and choose photos to insert, as opposed to using code, since I’ve been trying to do this project from scratch and keep getting red ‘x’s where my photos are supposed to be. I would need unlimited pages, though. I’ve seen a few that only allow 4-5 pages, that won’t work for me. I know some html but am very much a novice.

Any help would be appreciated!
