I need it to be able to do a message board, flash banners etc.

I already have a domain and website, but want to build a new one and don’t want to bother learning codes and all of that. Is there a simple site I can go to, to take a few steps to build a site?

My friend and I are trying to find a good website builder for $3 per month or less but we cant find any and we want it to have it’s own name and logo and everything. So if you have any suggestions then please help.
