Where do I find a FREE Website builder for Windows ME that will not cost anything?

I am very new at this, building a Website that is and this is going to be a personal website that I can put on the internet. So anyone that answer my question above will be accepted by me greatly . God Bless you for all the help I can get on this project.

    You go to in their search you type free website design and you will get some results. Choose the most rated one which is : EZ-SiteMaker or go to and follow their instructions.

    But I will add an advice. I am a bit skeptic about these free things. Some can be very good and download.com leads sometimes to them but other might bring along with them serious problems like spywares, adwares. Things that will be controlling your computer without you knowing or wanting. In this our profit minded world there is almost nothing for free.

    I give you other tips that will be useful for you in the future. In the same download.com get mcafee site Advisor it helps protect your computer as it warns you from bad websites.
    With that one once you desire a programme just type what you want in your google or yahoo search and all that will be shown green are good websites you can get something from without problem. God bless you.
