Saw their truck with Highlanddevelopment.com as website but none exists. Would like to locate the company, I think they are a builder.

It looks like they are doing some site maintenance. But heres the link I found.
highlanddevelopment.com is a registered domain name, but no live site.
is also a registered domain name, but the site is in redevelopment.
