Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2008. Its free its easy. it lets you edit your page like a word document in WYSIWYG with lots of add-ons to play with what you like. It has a separate area to edit properties of the different parts, that prompt you for the possible settings you want. I gives you the posibilty to type doing HTML later if you want in a split screen viewing both the code and what it does to the view of the page. It also helps correct problems. It lets you also work with Javascript, XML, DHTML, and others. It has wizards to do database connecting and publishing helps.
Its great to see your own page wihtout having to give in to some online builder’s 6-7 templates they give you to work with.
