The Gimp is a free image editing program. Transforming your photo would be a lot of work, and require some complex techniques—if only to paint over your photo like a tracing. Still, it’s a nice program to have. Make the image really big if you decide to draw over it, so the lines will look smooth when you’re done.
yeah … got for Adobe Photoshop CS. It’s idiot proof and commonly used.
I can do that on Corel draw but you need to have the software for it.

try the gimp i use it for vacation bible school and the kids love it and some parents framed their childrens art work!
