I want to build a social networking site kinda like myspace but I only have a very rusty knowledge of basic HTML.

For my entrepreneurship class, I have to make a business plan, and my business is an online clothing store. How do I set up a website, and how do I find out how much it would cost to make a website?

I am trying out Soho launch as a web page builder. I want something like this where it automatically updates your page as you add/make changes. But, I don’t want to pay a monthly fee for it. Is there any software that I can buy that will do the same? Not high tech stuff either.
