Free wweb page builder and host?

I would like a sight where i can build and post my own web page. Not geo cites-to simpel-not enogh options. somewhere i can put in tabs-gifs-my photos.stuff like that-

    You can’t put those things in Geocities? I’ve used it before, but you can also try Bravehost. If you want to make serious changes, you should consider editing the HTML directly. W3Schools has a simple tutorial (with lots of practice examples) to help get you started with what you need.
