What is the best website builder?

I need to create a website with general content pages, articles, shopping cart, search box, contact forms, blog and picture gallery. In addition, I want to be able to have friendly url’s and meta tags. I don’t want to pay separate for each feature so if you know of any good website builders that are not going to cost me an arm and a leg, please let me know.

Dreamweaver is the best. But it costs alot. But I think you’ll need it for what you’re doing. It’s worth it.

    Dreamweaver is good.

Uhh, you can always…choose an alternative method to obtaining it. That doesn’t involve paying. That may or may not be illegal.

    My personal preference is

In browser site building at its finest. Build a FREE website in minutes with a perfect compliment of widgets that keep getting better and better. The online customer service is tops and I think the best for all website builders online.

Don’t take my word for it simply see what I was able to do with YOLA.
