What’s the best website to make a photobook?

I want to make a magazine style photobook with our wedding pictures. What’s the best website to do this? Has anyone done one and can recommend a company?

I know of:
Picaboo
Shutterfly
Kodak Gallery
Snapfish
Photoworks

I have no idea which one to use….. Any help?

Heres a good one I used before:

You can put backgrounds, text, almost everything you can imagine I guess.

The quality of most of those are rather poor, and they usually brand the books with their own logos & other distracting elements.

MyPublisher.com is a bit better, but the software is still very limiting.

I LOVE AsukaBook.com as a professional photographer, but I don’t think you can get an account if you’re not a professional.

Best quality and easy to do: iPhoto, which comes with a Mac. Nobody who doesn’t already own a Mac likes to hear this, but the software is fantastic, free with the computer, and does more than any other consumer photo program available today.

Again, I order books through Asuka, so I’m not certain, but I think the iPhoto books are about $30 each.

    Good luck!

Add bephotobooks and blurb to your list. I have made two at bephotobooks.com and am well pleased. No, it is not an Asuka Book (which, BTW, is very high quality, but pricey and you have to be a professional photographer to place an order with them) I have seen Blurb books, they are fairly good quality, and Snapfish. The others I have no experience with. I believe they are all around the same price point, and are probably similar in quality. Photobooks are fun to design, so enjoy the process!

I use mypublisher almost exclusively. Contradicting what was stated earlier, their layouts are not limiting, you just need to know how to use photoshop and there is really, nothing you couldn’t do and place in a mypublisher book.

I use them for my personal portfolios as well as wedding albums and other album requests from clients.
