Any good freeware website builders?

I know there are tons of free (freeware) website builders out there, but I would like to know if any of them provide the ability to import Photoshop or ImageReady slices.
I know there are tons of free (freeware) website builders out there, but I would like to know if any of them provide the ability to import Photoshop or ImageReady slices. I have BlueVoda, but I cannot figure out how to import slices, or if it is even possible.
