Free Website Builder with Most Storage Space?

I’m building a website using Tripod, and I think its pretty good and popular (>115 in 1.5 months), but I’m using the free version and already maxed out the 20MB of storage space. I could use Google Sites, Webstarts.com, or Webs.com, but does anybody know a free website builder that offers downloads and hopefully at least 1GB storage space?? If not, what free website builder do you know that offers tons of storage space (hopefully <40MB)?

    Well, for that much, you should try Zymic. They have fast php hosting for free, and around 200 mb of space. Just google them. =D

    try hosting your images at photobucket.com then enter html code at tripod but at tripod when you switch over to html you cant use the site builder any more so you need to edit in html on your pc and copy and paste the code to tripod
    at photobucket you get html code links for each photo you may have to generate a thumb nail pic as well
