I took Digital Media in 6th grade, and we were taught how to make websites. We used Dreamweaver. Dreamweaver lets you make a website using templates. Although, when other people view your website, the templates won’t show up. The invisible tmeplates are only there to help you construct the sites better. Using Dreamweaver, you don’t need to hand-type in all those codes. Dreamweaver does it for you. Just do anything you want, and Dreamweaver will put in the codes. I prefer using Dreamweaver. Oh, and, sorry…We deleted the sites at the end of school and wiped away all the rest of the data, so, no link for you! Sorry again! :S
Note: We used Apple computers while building the sites.

Because you want to make an e-commerce website which involves shopping carts and PayPal options, you may want to check out which charges around $10 per month for hosting. It’s a quick and easy DIY site builder with plenty of customized templates. However, if you familiar with HTML and can generate the necessary codes, the very best freebie website builder is Composer [from Netscape]. Check out nazos.net which was designed using Composer.
