Anyone know of a web host that has a good site builder AND allows banners (html insert)?
I’m trying to find a good site builder to recommend to my friends and other homeschoolers that want to start an affiliate site, but aren’t really computer savvy (yet!). Some sitebuilders don’t let you insert html, which you need to put in a banner.
I like the site builder on yahoo geocities. I have also used angelfire and tripod but I still like geocities best.
Just learn installing wordpress or drupal. It does need to know HTML or programing, just need how to set it up. Once you have installed. Possibilities are endless. Host it free at Freehostia.com with a subdomain like yourname.freehostia.com. They also have an inbuilt script that automatically installs it for you.
Try it. It will take one or two days to learn, but once you are up with your site, you will be amazed to see what they can do for you.
