If you mean real world trading, then real world trading is against rule 12, and players who break it risk being permanently banned without warning. It is even illegal in some countries as well, as it is selling stolen property (compare it with selling pirated movies).
If you mean T-Shirts and the like then you have to get permission from Jagex. If you get the rights to use their logo’s then you can purchase an easy to use shopping cart software.
