What is the best free content management system (based on php / mysql) to build a website where people can sign up to receive online surveys? It needs functionality to collect a lot of personal data in order to select the right target group.
I don’t need somebody to do the programming, I can do it myself, but just don’t want to invent a wheel… I’m just looking for some advice on the best CMS (and available extensions) to create such a website.
