    Well, you don’t put .fla files on the internet – you export from Flash and get a .swf. However, all the info is still there in the .swf to backwards convert to a .fla, if that’s what you’re trying to do. You just need a decompiler. Try Sothink SWF Decompiler, it’s the most popular one. (there’s a free trial, but you won’t be able to recover Actionscript.) There’s also another one that I’m using (since the free trial ran out for Sothink) called Eltima. Works good enough for me!

    As to getting the HTML code for a website, just do this:

    1 – Right click on the page you want the code for.

    2 – Choose “View Page Source”

    3 – Enjoy!

    And finally, for free website builders (I’m assuming you mean a WYSIWYG editor) try Kompozer – not as good as Dreamweaver, but it is free and fairly bug-free.
