My yahoo site builder says no internet connection. I have email and web. How to correct?

I have no DSL filter. Time Warner/Road Runner.
The no connection sign comes on immediately when I try to download anything to the site builder.
On the other hand my site creator for the other website works perfectly.
It was the zone alarm firewall that was blocking the internet.

There is a variety of ways that there could of been a problem, and it could be easier to diagnose it if you had more details in your question. First off, there’s probably something with your DSL filters. If your phone rings, and you don’t have a DSL filter, it kicks you off the internet, only to bring it back up. If this happens, close your browser and resume what you are doing.

Another thing that could happen is that certain pages load faster than others, and this is just a part of the computer life. If vitally important web pages do not load, just close your browser, restart the computer, and when it boots back up, you should have normal connectivity.

Remember that your Geocities Yahoo site Builder requires you to sign in before you can access the sitebuilder feature.
Make sure you didn’t use a different log in for your site.
