What website is good to make your own website?

I want to create a website where i can put things on e.g song lyrics i’v made up and people can comment on them, rate them and ask questions to me. Also have a forum where people online can talk to each other. The problem is that i dont know which site i should use to make my website. As many answers as possible would be great thanks.

    Definately ucoz.com, they have a very safe, secure, and good website making system. Try them out, or just make your own website. OR find someone that makes websites and ask them. I would but i am working on a lot as it is.
