I am going make a website. In my website I want to make a chat service for people to come and chat with other who are visiting in my site. I want to make it avaliable for people who will have account in my site and/or who will not. I am not sure about having an account part because it depends on which is easier. I am trying to do this the cheapest way possible, but I need to have a good service and stablility. I am littly quality over quantity freak. I want it to look nice. Thank you.
