For example…”If you liked this article, we recommend these” and it will be a box of links back to the same site. What program offers this and what is the tool called?
Sorry, I’m looking for an answer like….Dreamweaver, and the tool is called “xxxx”
I have no interest in subscribing to something like google apps.

    Any decent web editor will do the navigation menu for you. What links you add and to where is up to you when you insert the URL for the link tag.
