Where can I make a free password protected website?

…I have tried making a site on freewebs but it says to have a master password (then tell it to your friends so only they can view it) costs an extra (small) amount of money, but then whats the point of a free website? Is there any place I can do this for free? It must be able to load videos. Thanks!

    what is the point of haveing a password protected website only your friends can view? You may as well create a small networking group to share videos?
