What website offers the best free to build websites?

I want to know what FREE service offers the best free website. I do not care if they advertise on my page. I only care about how many MBs I can put on and the bandwidth usage. I do not want trials or have to pay. I want FREE listings only and the information about them Please help

    go to google.com and find google free webhosting, I also tried ms office live although I must have a credit card, the service is free of charge.
