I went on jibjab and for all the really fun and cool ones you had to pay money which i think is a rip off so can anyone tell me a free website that’s kind of similar ?

what are some good, easy, FREE website builders? i want ones that just show blank pages, and u can drag pics and put words on it and so on.if u know things like this, plz tell me (or anyother thing u recremend- THATS FREE!)
